W hat is ‘BE MAG' ? BE MAG or “BMSCampus Mag” is a ‘Business & Management Tabloid' making competition.

Each college will get a chance to put up a ‘Business & Management Tabloid' for a fortnight's period in this section of the website.

The tabloid should consist of latest news in any or all of the following fields:

•  management education
•  marketing
•  finance
•  advertising
•  HR practices
•  management practices
•  hot business deals
•  mergers & acquisitions, etc.

The tabloid should be designed as a single WEBPAGE

“BMSCampus Mag” [BE MAG] tabloid should give readers information about the most current happenings & stories in the above fields

It's just like a big one page newsletter divided into various colorful sections with each section covering a specific topic ( similar to BMSCampus.com homepage ).

This is wonderful opportunity for BMS students to exhibit their creativity, talent, knowledge & competence to entire BMS community online. This will test your marketing , analytical & researching skills .

The participation in “BE-MAG” will be College-wise . BMS colleges (BMS Coordinator/CR from any year) will have to apply for this contest by sending an email to be_mag@bmscampus.com.

After your application to participate is selected, you will be notified & given a time of 14 days for completing & submitting entire work of the “BE MAG”.

All colleges applying will be notified about their selection just 14 days prior to submission of your work irrespective of time they have applied to participate.

At the end of the year, the jury will award the “BE-MAG Award” to the best 3 tabloids and the winners participating members will get attractive prizes & certificates.

The entire making of “ MAG” will be team work. You will have to work in teams consisting of at least 2 students from each year of BMS (i.e. minimum 6 students).

There is no limitation to how many students you can have in the team….even your entire college BMS strength can work on this. The team should select from among them, a project leader & an assistant project leader . This arrangement is purely for co-ordination & communication purpose.

Remember, work you will be DIRECTLY REPRESENTING YOUR COLLEGE.

Be extremely conscious of the quality of work that you put up. The whole of BMS community online will be the judge.

The “BE MAG” that you create will remain in this section of the website for a period of 14-21 days after which it will be archived and then next college's MAG will be put up.

A college can participate only once in a year for this contest.
